Processing of Orders

Quality takes time. Orders will ship 1­-5 business day after you place your order. Kindly note that this may vary during restocks, new releases and special promotions. For specific shipping details, for every promotion, refer to your order confirmation. 

Shipping lengths will vary depending on various conditions, including but not limited to:

Your location, your distance from our shipping center, customs processing times in your country, and the delivery method you select.

Estimated Delivery Times


You can choose between USPS and UPS. Please allow between 2 to 10 business days for your orders to be delivered. 


You can choose between USPS, DHL, FedEx and UPS. Please allow between 2 to 10 business days, NOT accounting for time spent at customs, border inspection facilities, etc.

Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. We only have access to as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions

For shipping to P.O. Boxes, APOs, and FPOs in US territories (mainland or off-land), please allow up to 25 business days. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs, and FPOs outside the US, you must provide a commercial or residential address.

If your chosen delivery address is a commercial address (i.e. shop, office, apartment building with reception); please note we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your order after it has been delivered to that location.

Customs, Taxes & Duties

Tax & duty charges

All orders are shipped from the United States.

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional tax & duties applied by your local customs office. We do not cover taxes, duties, or customs charges on your behalf. We highly recommend that you check whether local tax or duties may be applied to your order before making any purchases from our website. If there are charges that need to be made, DHL or FedEx will contact you for payment before or upon delivery. 

Should you refuse to pay the tax & duties applied to your order, DHL or FedEx will attempt to return your order to Victoria Gaultier. If your order is returned to us, we will issue you a refund within 14 business days, however the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. In countries where they may not allow the product to be returned, because you failed to pay the tax and duties, we will not issue you a refund.

For UK and US customers, these duties may be collected at checkout.

Tax & Duties on 'Free Items' or ‘Complimentary’ items

Even in an event where you win an item from us or you get a free promotional item, your local customs office may still apply sales tax & duties against the full retail value of a complementary. This means they will not consider the complimentary product as “free” but rather tax it base on its retail value. This may also apply for complimentary items received during buy one get one free promotions.  

For UK and US customers, you do not have to worry about this.

Tax & Duty in India regulations (and countries with similar regulation)

India (and some other countries) allows you to submit a refusal to pay tax and duties form, but still requires that the tax and duties be paid in order for the item(s) to be returned to the sender. Therefore, the tax & duty as well as the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Failure to submit required documents will lead Indian customs to destroy the item(s), resulting in no refund.
